46 complaints in Cullera

The Consumer office in Cullera (OMIC) has dealt with 46 disputes and claims from residents in Cullera. Most complaints mediated through the Arbitration Board have been with regard to the mobile and Telephone sector. And long distance learning courses.
 The OMIC has offered this free service since 1999 and was the first city after Valencia, to offer this extra-judicial procedure which is essentially a claim to arbitrate between the consumer and the company.
